Vitality is the New Sexy

Your journey to healing can begin in my Catonsville office space.

The most important step in healing is to make the decision to make that initial phone call and set up your first appointment. The following pages should answer any questions you might have about my acupuncture practice.

I look forward to meeting with you.

I am a Blue Cross/Blue Shield preferred provider AND accept most other insurances.

Personalized Care

East Meets West – My years at the Johns Hopkins Hospital Medical System as well as the University Of Maryland Medical System/Psychiatric System has allowed me to maintain a unique lens through which i can assess and be with my patients.  I don’t need to reinterpret or disregard the western labels that are applied on my patients from their primary care physicians. I can, with ease, move back and forth from the western symptom related issues to the Eastern holistic view. This affords my patients a unique and broad approach to their individualized treatment plan:

Acupuncture and Acupressure

Essential oils, electrical stimulation, cupping, gua sha, moxa.  A  session may incorporate any or several of the above interventions.

Nutrition Coaching

Whole food nutrition is the key to a healthier diet.

Life coaching

If a patient wants to delve deeper, we can look at patterns and habits in life that may not be serving your own growth or journey.

Health Coaching

A symptom or complaint usually does not occur as an isolated incident. Together we will explore lifestyle patterns that are contributing to your disharmony.

Because of my extensive years in the health industry I have access to a wide network of excellent credentialed alternative practitioners whom I refer as needed.

Effective Treatment Worldwide

The National Institute of Health (NIH) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recognize acupuncture to be effective in the treatment of a wide variety of problems. Some of the issues that I commonly treat in my practice include:
